Manor is a Swiss department store group whose roots go back to 1902, when the department store "Léon Nordmann" opened in Lucerne through a partnership between the wholesale-merchant brothers Ernest and Henri Maus and their Biel customer Léon Nordmann. The name "Manor" - combining Maus and Nordmann - was adopted around 1965 during a corporate rebranding.

The group today runs 56 Manor department stores, 21 Manor Food supermarkets, and 23 Manora restaurants across Switzerland, with about 6,800 employees, alongside an online shop at manor.ch that also hosts a marketplace for selected manufacturer and brand partners.

Online orders can be returned within 30 days if unused and in original packaging, either free of charge at a Manor store (with the delivery note or order confirmation) or by paid postal return. Refunds go to the original payment method within a maximum of 20 business days. Non-food deliveries are free from CHF 100 and cost CHF 9.90 below that threshold. Items such as face masks, gift cards, tickets, and custom orders are excluded from return.
